Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and opportunities for automation or AI implementation.
  • Document business processes using standardized tools and frameworks (e.g. Visio).
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into clear, actionable process documentation.
  • Design and propose workflow improvements, incorporating AI tools where beneficial.
  • Evaluate opportunities for automation across production, crewing, and administrative processes (scheduling, timesheets, expense tracking, equipment management).
  • Implement workflow automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks and improve accuracy.
  • Evaluate and recommend AI and automation technologies that align with business goals and integrate seamlessly into existing systems.
  • Support implementation and change management, ensuring smooth adoption of new workflows and technologies.
  • Monitor KPIs and process metrics to evaluate the impact of implemented changes and continuously drive improvement.
  • Stay up to date on emerging AI, automation, and process management trends to identify new opportunities for innovation.

Critical Qualifications

  • Bachler's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Operations Management or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in business process analysis, workflow improvement, or operations optimization.
  • Experience with AI or workflow automation tools, project management systems, and digital collaboration platforms.
  • Proven ability to deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, accuracy, or customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to translate operational challenges into automated solutions.
  • Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools.
  • Understanding of AI concepts (machine learning, NLP, automation, data analytics) and their practical business applications.
  • Interest in sports and other live events is an asset.

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
