Shop Supervisor

Trident Technologies Inc. is a specialized reputable custom manufacturing / machine shop, committed to providing a dependable service and premium quality in the southwest region of Ontario. We currently have an immediate opening for an energetic and reliable individual working full-time in the position of Shop Supervisor.

The successful candidate must possess leadership and team management skills; be able to multi-task; is self-motivated; and have good organizational skills with attention to quality and detail.

Responsibilities:

· Knowledge with set up and operation of CNC Machines, Lathes, etc.

· Read and interpret drawings

· Experience with MasterCam is an asset

· Supervise/Assist Team of 10-15 employees

· Ensure manufacturing specifications are followed

· Ensure project deadlines are achieved

· Maintain machines and workstations through preventative maintenance

· Troubleshoot/Repair and improve machine processes when needed

· Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

· Preferably 5+ years minimum experience as a Tool & Die Maker

· Minimum 10 years Machinist experience

· Previous Supervisory/Leadership experience

· Excellent organizational and communication skills

· Possess problem-solving and decision-making skills

· Basic computer skills
