Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated, reliable, and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors.

The ideal candidate takes a proactive approach to safety, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and uses proven surveillance and loss prevention strategies to deter incidents and protect property.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and patrol assigned areas to detect and prevent unauthorized activities or security breaches.
  • Operate and maintain surveillance and security equipment.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to alarms, incidents, and emergencies.
  • Conduct regular inspections of buildings and grounds to identify potential security risks or hazards.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services as required.
  • Provide excellent customer service to visitors, clients, and staff.
  • Prepare clear and detailed reports on incidents, observations, and daily activities.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures regarding safety and security.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Valid Security License and Advanced Security Training (AST) – Required.
  • Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies.
  • Excellent observational and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Must be able to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Professional demeanour with a strong sense of integrity and accountability.
