Toronto, Ontario, Canada VPM (V-Tac Payroll Management) Full time $45,000 - $70,000 per year

We are seeking a confident and results-driven Telemarketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating high-quality leads by reaching out to potential clients. Your primary goal will be to identify opportunities, build rapport with prospects, and promote our industry-leading products and services. Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential clients from a provided database via phone calls to introduce our products and services.
  • Build rapport with prospects, understand their needs, and qualify them as potential leads.
  • Accurately document all interactions and lead details in our CRM system for follow-up and reporting purposes.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads for further nurturing and conversion.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during all client interactions, even in challenging situations.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements to the telemarketing process.
  • Handle objections professionally and use effective closing techniques to secure interest and commitments.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and brainstorming activities to improve strategies and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, with the ability to close leads effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems or willingness to learn quickly.
  • A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection constructively.
  • Experience working with databases and managing large volumes of contacts is an asset.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
