Accounting Analyst

Nous recherchons un(e) Analyste comptable motivé(e) et rigoureux(se) pour soutenir le Responsable des finances et de la comptabilité. Ce poste convient parfaitement à une personne ayant une solide base en comptabilité et un intérêt marqué pour l'amélioration des processus et l'automatisation.

• Participer à la tenue des livres et aux processus financiers
• Appuyer la préparation et le dépôt des déclarations fiscales en collaboration avec les conseillers fiscaux et les auditeurs
• Contribuer à la structuration et à l'amélioration des processus comptables
• Participer au développement et à l'amélioration des outils et systèmes de reporting
• Travailler sur des projets de codage pour automatiser et optimiser les processus financiers à l'aide de Python et VBA
• Offrir un soutien de remplacement au Responsable des finances et de la comptabilité
• Veiller au respect des politiques internes et des exigences réglementaires
• Collaborer avec les membres de l'équipe pour atteindre les objectifs du département

• Diplôme universitaire en comptabilité, finance ou domaine connexe
• 1 à 2 ans d'expérience en comptabilité ou en tenue de livres
• Bonne compréhension des principes comptables et du reporting financier
• Expérience avec QuickBooks, Excel et autres logiciels comptables
• Excellentes compétences analytiques et en résolution de problèmes
• Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à gérer plusieurs tâches efficacement
• Grande attention aux détails et sens de l'organisation
• Volonté d'apprendre et de s'adapter à de nouveaux défis

• Expérience avec Python et VBA pour l'automatisation financière
• Connaissance des méthodologies d'amélioration des processus

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Analyst to support the Head of Finance and Accounting.

• Assist with bookkeeping and financial processes
• Support the preparation and filing of income tax returns in collaboration with tax advisors and auditors
• Help structure and improve accounting and bookkeeping processes
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of reporting tools and systems
• Work on coding projects to automate and streamline financial processes using Python and VBA
• Provide backup support to the Head of Finance and Accounting
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience with QuickBooks, Excel, and other accounting software
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges

• Experience with Python and VBA for financial automation
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $ $40.00/hr.
