Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our medical facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the clinic runs smoothly while providing high-quality patient care. This role requires strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of healthcare operations, and the ability to manage both clinical and administrative staff effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Manage human resources functions, including hiring, training, and supervising staff.
  • Maintain electronic medical records (EMR) systems to ensure accurate patient documentation and data management.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and improve clinic services.
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial sustainability of the clinic.
  • Coordinate with nursing staff to ensure quality patient care in both acute care and outpatient settings.
  • Implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to promote teamwork and collaboration.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare management.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within a hospital or medical office setting is essential.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records systems; experience with Dentrix is a plus.
  • Strong background in human resources management, including supervising clinical staff such as nurses.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.
