This role is ideal for those who have a strong background in sports coaching and teaching, and who are eager to inspire and develop young athletes in the sport of soccer. As an Elite Soccer Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing players' skills, fostering teamwork, and promoting a love for the game.

Duties

  • Conduct engaging training sessions that focus on skill development, tactical understanding, and physical fitness.
  • Create tailored training programmes that cater to the individual needs of players at various skill levels.
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to players to help them improve their performance.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive training environment that encourages teamwork and sportsmanship.
  • Organise and lead practice matches and competitive events to assess player progress.
  • Collaborate with other coaches and staff to develop comprehensive training strategies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of soccer techniques, rules, and coaching methodologies.

Experience

  • Proven experience in sports coaching, particularly in soccer, is essential.
  • A background in teaching or education is highly desirable, with the ability to communicate effectively with players of all ages.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with players, parents, and fellow coaches.
