Job Overview

ESW Building Services Inc. is seeking an experienced and dependable Senior Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general maintenance, repairs, and renovations across residential and commercial properties. This role requires a hands-on professional who can lead by example, troubleshoot effectively, and ensure all work meets our company's high standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform and oversee general maintenance, repairs, and installations (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.)
  • Conduct property inspections and identify required improvements
  • Manage tools, materials, and job site organization
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in maintenance, repair, or renovation roles
  • Strong multi-trade skills and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work independently and lead small teams when needed
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required
