Reporting to the President, North America – Minerals & Metals, we are seeking a
client-focused and strategically minded Vice President, Technical Services
to join our team. While Toronto is the preferred location, various locations will be considered for the right candidate. As a member of the regional leadership team, you will provide
technical direction and governance
across our North American Minerals & Metals business, while also driving
business development and client partnerships
.

maximize value and performance on studies and projects

About The Role

• Ensure engineering solutions produced are fit-for-purpose and consistently meet the highest quality standards.
• Provide innovative solutions that align with clients' budgets and schedules.
• Provide technical review, oversight, and guidance across Ausenco projects and studies to ensure quality and cost-effective design assurance.
• Provide technical due diligence in support of clients' fundraising and M&A activities.
• Leverage deep technical expertise to actively support the development of new client relationships and champion collaboration to identify opportunities to enhance client value.
• Mentor and guide Technical Services Directors and key technical talent in support of their professional growth and capability development.
• Ensure governance and compliance with NI43-101 and other regulatory frameworks.

About You

• 15+ years of experience with at least five years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong technical leader with deep expertise in minerals processing, adept at guiding technical teams and providing strategic oversight to deliver innovative and high-quality engineering solutions.
• Skilled relationship builder with a proven track record in cultivating, growing and leveraging high-value client relationships across the minerals and metals sector.
• Curious and progressive thinker with a strong technical foundation, capable of challenging conventional approaches to deliver forward-thinking solutions that drive strategic growth and client value.
• Bachelor's degree in Minerals Processing, Metallurgy or Mining Engineering preferred.
