Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to support a child with cerebral palsy and global developmental delay. The caregiver will provide personal care, assist with daily activities, and ensure the child's well-being and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily activities, including dressing, eating, and hygiene.
  • Monitor the child's health and behavior, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Engage the child in age-appropriate activities and therapies.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and healthcare providers about the child's progress.
  • Implement specific care plans and strategies as directed by healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for the child.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is preferred.
  • Empathy, patience, and understanding in working with children.
  • Ability to adapt to changing needs and routines.
  • First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
