Join our dynamic team as a Part-time Host/Greeter, where your energy and welcoming spirit will set the tone for an exceptional guest experience. In this lively role, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that encourages guests to feel comfortable and valued. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a positive dining experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and excellent communication skills.

Duties

  • Welcome guests warmly as they arrive and provide them with information about the establishment.
  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
  • Assist guests with inquiries regarding menu items, specials, and services offered.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
  • Collaborate with the serving staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Perform side duties and responsibilities set by the management.
