About the Role

We are a remote-first development agency that builds efficient, high-impact software products for startups and innovation-focused clients. We are seeking a Technical Project Manager based in New York to oversee the successful delivery of multiple app development projects. This role requires a hands-on, technically competent professional who can coordinate cross-functional teams, manage client communication, and ensure consistent delivery across multiple engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage up to five concurrent software development projects
  • Write clear, technically sound tickets using ClickUp
  • Oversee project resourcing, task prioritization, and timelines
  • Coordinate effectively with engineers, designers, and developers
  • Prepare slide decks and supporting materials for client presentations
  • Track and manage client communications and deliverables
  • Maintain accountability and momentum across multiple internal teams

Requirements

  • Proven experience launching mobile or web applications, preferably with React Native and TypeScript
  • An engineer themselves.
  • Strong understanding of Google Cloud Platform and modern infrastructure
  • Familiarity with machine learning workflows and related principles
  • Experience in database design and full-stack application architecture
  • Ability to manage both technical contributors and client relationships
  • Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using agile project management tools such as ClickUp, Notion

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in a startup, freelance, or software agency environment
  • Exposure to AI-powered products or serverless architecture
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
