About the team:
LocationThis is a hybrid position. You must be in the Ottawa, Canada office, at least three days a week.
About the teamAnalytics Engine software testing students at Kinaxis are core members of our team, use a variety of modern technologies, and work closely alongside development to ensure that our customers can be assured in high quality of the functionality we deliver.
This is a full time, 8 or 12-month position, starting January 2026.
To be eligible for a Co-op or Intern position at Kinaxis, you must either be currently enrolled in full-time education or, if you are a recent/upcoming graduate, your graduation date must be within 12 months of the placement end date.
About the role:
What you will do- Contribute to a variety of test activities throughout the feature development lifecycle
- Contribute to the implementation of automated test suites
- Write automated tests, primarily in NUnit using C# and Google tests using C++
- May perform additional projects as assigned
- Completion of the 2nd year of a Computer Sciences/Computer Engineering program
- Experience in programming techniques/languages (C#, C++, Java, JavaScript, .NET, XML, JSON, Jenkins)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A willingness to learn new technologies and testing approaches
- Experience with Kubernetes, Jenkins, Maven
- Experience with Elastic, Kibana, Datadog
