multiple Facilities Technicians
to support one of our largest technology clients in maintaining the critical infrastructure of their data centers. If you have hands-on experience in mission-critical environments and a passion for operational excellence, we want to hear from you

Requirement

  • 2–3+ years of experience in mission-critical services or applied learning in high-availability environments (e.g., data centers, hospitals, oil & gas, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, etc.)
  • Experience writing and executing technical procedures (SOPs, MOPs, EOPs)
  • Familiarity with Building Management Systems (e.g., EPMS)
  • Hands-on experience as an equipment technician (e.g., generators, UPS, AHUs, chillers, pumps)
  • Willingness and ability to work
    12-hour shifts
    , including
    night shifts
    , weekends, and holidays

What You'll Be Doing

  • Perform inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting on critical infrastructure equipment
  • Develop and execute SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs
  • Monitor and respond to system alarms and abnormal conditions
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors for equipment servicing
  • Lead incident response efforts and document root cause analyses
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and promote a safety-first culture

Compensation:

$35/hr to $55/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as short-term and long-term disability, life insurance and AD&D. Employees will also have access to a registered retirement savings account with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
