We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Business Intelligence Report Analyst to join our growing Analytics and Business Insight team.  Do you have the skill and the passion to turn raw data into visualized business and clinical insight? Schedule Requirements: Must be available to work Monday to Friday. Occasional weekend work may be required.

Location: Wilson Site / hybrid work from home

Position Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand analytical requirements, business goals and metrics
• Partner with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements.
• Translate user requirements into visual, analytical and dashboard solutions
• Work with Business Intelligence Developers and other IT staff on dataset creation and optimization
• Develop and maintain complex data models, reports, visualizations, and dashboards using BI tools (e.g., MicroStrategy, Power BI, Tableau).
• Create and maintain data models, datasets, and central dashboards
• Conduct training sessions of new and existing dashboards to key stakeholders and users such as Managers, Directors and VP's

Primary Qualifications:

• Undergrad degree in Computer Science, Health Information Management or Business Management
• Certification or proven experience in Power BI, MicroStrategy or Tableau
• 3 years of experience with programming languages and tools such as [SQL, Python, R, SAS] and simple analytics tools such as [Excel]
• Experience using data visualization tools such as [Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy] to create compelling visualizations and reports
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Commitment to continuous learning and willingness to stay updated on emerging industry trends, business processes, technologies, and methodologies in the data field
• Strong organizational, communication and collaboration skills
• Excellent attendance and discipline free record required
