FYidoctors has an exciting opportunity for a Part-Time Optometrist (1 day per week) at our clinic in Richmond, BC. Our clinic, located in south Richmond, is well-established within the community. This has allowed us to establish a large and extremely loyal patient base. Given our location, our clinic serves a diverse population and patients of all ages. This allows for excellent variety in our work as we get to treat and have relationships with patients in all stages of life.
The Schedule for this Part-Time opportunity is as follows:
- Thursdays: 8:30 – 5:00
Currently, our clinic has 3 exam lanes and is equipped with the latest diagnostic technology. Additionally, our clinic is complete with extremely knowledgeable and passionate staff that can provide support in all areas within the clinic. Furthermore, we also have strong relationships with the Ophthalmologists located in our community. This strong relationship only further enhances the care we are able to provide our patients
Equipment/Practice:
Our clinic is located in a modern space and is well-equipped with state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment including:
- Pachymeter
- FDT Matrix
- OCT
- Topographer
- AR/NCT, Optomap, Visual field (Medmont)
In addition to practicing full-scope optometry, our clinic specializes in myopia control, specialty contact lenses, surgical co-management, ocular disease management, and emergency eye care.
