Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Receivable Specialist located in Oakville, ON. The primary responsibilities include managing the accounts receivable and payable process by issuing and tracking invoices, monitoring payments, and following up on outstanding balances. Additional tasks include handling debt collection, reconciling accounts, and providing accurate financial reports. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient financial operations and address any payment discrepancies.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Finance concepts and practices
  • Experience with Invoicing and Debt Collection processes
  • Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Experience in real estate or a related industry is an asset
  • Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent professional experience
