Job Summary
We're hiring a remote Digital Reputation Coordinator to support our online brand presence. The role focuses on reviewing business listings, auditing publicly available content, and preparing clear internal insights that strengthen our reputation management workflow. You'll monitor data across multiple platforms, validate information accuracy, and help maintain consistent digital standards.
Responsibilities
- Audit online business profiles for accuracy and brand alignment.
- Review customer-experience feedback and identify key trends.
- Prepare concise internal reports and content briefs.
- Flag discrepancies or outdated information across platforms.
- Support digital marketing with insights that improve listing quality.
Qualifications
- Strong written communication and attention to detail.
- Experience with online research or content review.
- Digital-platform fluency; familiarity with Google Business Profiles is an asset.
- Self-managed, reliable, and comfortable working fully remote.
