Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Cleaner to join our facilities maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our office environment remains clean, organized, and welcoming for all employees and visitors. This role is essential in maintaining a professional atmosphere and supporting the overall operations of our organization.

Duties

  • Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Clean and maintain restrooms, break rooms, and common areas to ensure they are hygienic and well-stocked.
  • Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
  • Maintain cleanliness of office equipment, furniture, and fixtures.
  • Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to the appropriate personnel.
  • Follow safety protocols and adhere to cleaning schedules to ensure efficiency.
  • Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to providing high-quality cleaning services.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
