We are a Japanese-inspired snack bar focused on yoshoku cuisine and elevated cocktails, seeking a passionate hospitality professional to join our team. We are looking for a experienced server with either part or full time availability. We will be open 6 days a week from 5pm-12am, closed on Mondays.

We are looking for server who has previous experience as a cocktail bartender on a part-time basis.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a fast-paced bar or restaurant environment
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and food & beverage pairing
  • Interest in Japanese flavours, yoshoku-style cuisine, and creative mixology
  • Professional, detail-oriented, and guest-focused
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Serving It Right and Work Permit are necessities
