Toronto, Ontario, Canada The Athlete's Grid Full time $60,000 - $80,000 per year

About The Job:

Joining The Athlete's Grid Talent Pipeline

unlocks opportunities to connect with like-minded clinicians who share our passion for Movement-Minded Medicine.

As part of the Pipeline, you'll gain early access to career opportunities at TAG and our partners, expand your professional network, join treatment outreaches, and enjoy discounted access to continuing education programs.

Whether you're a seasoned clinician, a newly licensed practitioner, or a student in a professional program - we'd love to connect with you

By applying here, you're taking the first step toward joining a community of skill-focused clinicians looking to level up the industry for better client results.

Who We Are:

The Athlete's Grid is a hybrid clinic that blends online care with in-clinic treatment. Our team of physiotherapists, chiropractors, athletic therapists, and massage therapists are all trained in our advanced approach to injury management and performance care. Delivering a one of a kind service to our clients within a collaborative & supportive professional environment.

Our mission is to redefine injury rehabilitation, shifting from the traditional model of care to an empowered model of
Movement-Minded Medicine

that builds robust strength and mobility, going beyond reactive temporary relief.

Building Your Legacy:

The Athlete's Grid believes in empowering clinicians to make an impact, change lives and build a strong reputation within the communities you serve. We strive to create a collaborative work environment that encourages sharing and growth.

A Career at TAG:

By joining the TAG Pipeline, you'll see inside our mentorship process and get the first opportunity to apply when a position becomes available.

  • Use your clinical skills to confidently create and deliver plans of care that include treatment, injury rehabilitation, and strength training
  • Participate in ongoing mentorship and clinical education provided both internally and subsidized external to the clinic
  • Get support from our Clinical Director and Lead Clinicians on an ongoing basis to get the support and training required to support your ongoing growth.
  • Engage with local referral sources to support the development of your own caseload

What TAG Offers:

  • Compensation & Recognition: We offer a compensation package designed to reflect your expertise and contributions, with added opportunities to lead special initiatives and shape new projects within the clinic.
  • Professional Growth: Your growth matters to us. You'll have access to regular professional development opportunities — from in-house training and workshops to continuing education support — ensuring you stay at the leading edge of your field.
  • Career Progression: As our clinic continues to expand, so do the opportunities within it. We believe in promoting from within and provide structured pathways for advancement, including leadership development and mentorship opportunities.
  • Collaborative Culture: Join a supportive, high-performing team that values collaboration, innovation, and shared learning. We foster an environment where every voice is heard and every idea contributes to better patient care.
  • Marketing & Business Development: Photography and videography to help you grow your personal brand as a clinician within our organization.
  • Community Connection: At The Athlete's Grid, our work extends beyond the clinic. We actively engage in community initiatives and local events, giving you the chance to make a lasting impact both inside and outside our walls.
  • Mentorship & Leadership: We're committed to developing leaders. You'll receive hands-on mentorship and, in turn, have the opportunity to guide and inspire other clinicians as part of a growing, mission-driven team.
  • Innovative Environment: Be part of a forward-thinking clinic that values creativity and continuous improvement. Your ideas will help shape how we deliver care, enhance operations, and push the boundaries of what modern rehabilitation can be.

Who We are Looking For:

  • Licensed and in good standing with your affiliated college (or actively enrolled in a professional education program to apply for the pipeline)
  • Have the appropriate liability insurance
  • Thrive on growth. Eager to learn, comfortable with technology, and able to give and receive feedback in a constructive manner.
  • Advocate for the growth of your caseload and the team. Cross-refer to other clinicians on the team when appropriate, develop and expand your specialized area of care, follow up with clients regularly, manage dropped clients, and work with the administrative team to support clients in reaching their goals.
  • Contribute to a healthy clinic culture. Demonstrate behaviours like excitement to learn and teach, flexibility to cover shifts for other clinicians, and participate in events/workshops/outreaches.
  • Strong communication skills. Both to your clients, the administrative team and fellow clinicians.

Working at TAG:

  • 1:1 care with every client
  • Onboarding with In-Clinic Mentors: developing advanced movement assessment and diagnostic skills, structuring plans of care to layer hands-on work with periodized strength training, and setting yourself up for success by learning to develop and support a strong caseload of raving fans.
  • Professional development, both in-house and external CE opportunities

Apply to Join our Talent Pipeline:

The Athlete's Grid is on a mission to ensure athletes and active people are given top-notch care that goes beyond the average. We are building a community of passionate clinicians who are committed to levelling up the quality of care within the industry.

Even if we don't have immediate openings, we're always eager to connect with like-minded individuals who share our mission and values. By applying to join our talent pipeline, you're signaling that you're ready to connect with a network of professionals passionate about leveling up the industry.
