Surrey, British Columbia, Canada Raven Roofing Ltd. Full time $55,000 - $68,000 per year

Most construction office jobs feel like chaos management - endless interruptions, disorganized systems, people handing you problems instead of solutions.

Not here.

Raven Roofing is looking for an Office Manager who thrives on structure, clarity, and keeping a fast-moving company humming.

You'll be the person who knows what's happening, why it's happening, and what needs to happen next — and you'll bring order, discipline, and real leadership to our office operations.

This is a role for someone who loves building systems, keeping information clean, and making the entire operation run smoother every week, not someone who sits and waits for instructions.

WHAT YOU'LL LEAD

You're the operational backbone — the person who keeps everything and everyone aligned.

Office & Administrative Operations

  • Oversee the Front Desk Coordinator and ensure reception, phones, and client communication run efficiently
  • Set expectations, support workload, and keep the admin team aligned and accountable
  • Create and maintain organized systems for contracts, job files, vendor records, and compliance
  • Ensure the office environment runs smoothly and efficiently (supplies, systems, flow)

Project & Business Support

  • Support project managers, estimators, and leadership with accurate information and timely documentation
  • Keep communication flowing between office → field → clients
  • Set up processes so everyone knows where to find information and how it should be done

Accounting & Financial Coordination

  • Assist with payroll inputs/time-tracking, invoicing, AP/AR, and financial organization
  • Ensure paperwork, POs, billing, and job costing support are completed accurately and on time

Human Resources & People Operations

  • Assist leadership with onboarding, employee files, and compliance
  • Maintain HR records, training logs, certifications, and safety documentation
  • Help build and refine HR systems, policies, and processes
  • Coordinate interviews, reference checks, and scheduling
  • Support a healthy, professional, and accountable workplace culture

WHO YOU ARE

You're the type of person who sees the problem before anyone else sees the symptoms.

  • Highly organized, proactive, steady — you keep people and systems on track
  • A natural systems builder — you love turning messy workflows into clean processes
  • Direct but friendly communicator who keeps people accountable without drama
  • Detail-obsessed, reliable, and someone who takes ownership
  • Able to keep multiple priorities moving without stress or supervision
  • Proud of doing things right the first time

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Competitive compensation + benefits + rrsp matching
  • Stable, long-term employment with a reputable company
  • Opportunities to grow and take on more responsibility
  • A team culture built on respect, communication, and professionalism

WHY RAVEN

You'll join a respected roofing company with decades of stability and a reputation for quality. You'll work with leadership that listens, values clarity, and actually supports the people who support the business.

Here, you don't just "do tasks."

You run the office, lead systems, and keep the entire operation aligned.

You'll have impact, authority, and the chance to shape how Raven runs for years to come.

If you want a role where your brain, your organization skills, and your leadership actually matter — we'd love to talk.
