Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Content Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and posting engaging content across our social media platforms. You will work closely with our marketing and content teams to ensure the content aligns with our brand voice and engages our target audience effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of social media algorithms, content strategies, and how to optimize posts to drive engagement and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Posting:
  • Develop and manage a social media content calendar..
  • Post content consistently across multiple platforms.
  • Social Media Strategy & Algorithms:
  • Monitor platform algorithms to optimize content performance (e.g., timing, hashtags, engagement tactics).
  • Adjust content strategy based on platform insights and performance metrics (engagement rates, reach, clicks).
  • Ensure each post is optimized for maximum reach and engagement.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Track the performance of social media posts using analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics).
  • Prepare monthly reports on content performance and suggest improvements.
  • Community Engagement:
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments and direct messages.
  • Monitor social trends and popular content types to stay ahead of industry shifts.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in social media management or content creation.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, XHS etc.).
  • Ability to write engaging and grammatically correct copy.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later).
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of social media trends and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with social media advertising and boosting posts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.57-$26.54 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
