We are looking for an ambitious Human Resources Manager, ideally with HR experience in either management consulting or the professional services industry, who above all wants to do high quality, impactful work they can take pride in.
Our guiding principle is We Live for A+. If you are someone who strives for excellence, not because you have to, but because you take pride in doing great work and enjoy seeing how far you can go, then Sapling might be exactly where you belong.
As an HR Manager, you will be given the opportunity to work with our talented professionals and execute people strategies to retain and attract talent, coach employees and managers on HR policies and guidelines, and work to ensure that Sapling's mission to live for A+ is a constant reality for all employees.
