Architectural Technologist / Project Manager – Revit Proficiency (Toronto, Hybrid or Contract)

Our firm is seeking a skilled Architectural Technologist with strong project management capabilities to join our downtown Toronto studio. We're an established architectural practice known for high-rise residential, commercial, and retail projects. This role offers the flexibility of a full-time or contract opportunity for the right candidate.

  • Manage and coordinate all phases of architectural projects—from design development through construction administration.
  • Oversee consultant coordination, project schedules, and budgets.
  • Prepare and review detailed construction drawings using Revit (AutoCAD experience is an asset).
  • Ensure compliance with the Ontario Building Code (OBC) and other applicable standards.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal team members to ensure design and technical excellence.
  • Participate in site reviews, RFIs, and construction documentation.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in architectural production and project coordination.
  • Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology.
  • Strong Revit proficiency and ability to manage project models and documentation.
  • Excellent understanding of building systems, materials, and construction detailing.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience managing projects independently or in a lead technologist capacity.
  • Knowledge of OBC and municipal approvals process.
