- Assist in creating and managing Amazon ad campaigns, tracking results, and making data-driven optimizations.
- Support product content creation and updates on Shopify, AliExpress, and other e-commerce platforms.
Customer & B2B Relations
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via Amazon, email, and other channels.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with B2B wholesale partners.
Digital Marketing Support
- Collaborate with the marketing team on content creation, campaign coordination, and product launches.
- Help monitor and report on key digital marketing performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Passion for hockey or tennis—either as a player or an engaged fan.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.
Additional Qualities
- Genuine interest in sports and technology.
- Creative problem-solver with a proactive, hands-on mindset.
- Sense of ownership and pride in delivering high-quality work.
