We are currently looking for a highly expeirenced Senior PPC Specialist who can manage and optimize high-budget Google Ads campaigns ($5,000–$100,000+ per month) in competitive home-service markets. If you are skilled, data-driven, and obsessed with performance, you'll fit right in.

Preference for candidates in Calgary, but top talent anywhere will be considered.

  • Must be in Canada.

What Your Resume/Cover letter Should Include:

  • Demonstrated success running ROI-positive PPC campaigns (lead generation focused).
  • Deep knowledge of Google Ads and Google Tag Manager.
  • Ability to take campaigns from setup → tracking → optimization → reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and act quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills and client-ready professionalism.

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience with home-service lead generation.
  • SEO or Meta Ads experience.
  • Previous digital agency experience.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads (and Facebook Ads when needed).
  • Set up accurate tracking through GA4 and GTM.
  • Run keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Optimize campaigns daily to reduce CPL and maximize ROI.
  • Manage client budgets responsibly.
  • Provide clear performance reports and actionable recommendations.
  • Stay current with platform updates and best practices.
