You develop and deliver technology solutions and provide ITS technical support and subject matter expertise to assigned client groups in one or more of the following disciplines: Accounting and Closing Operations, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Project Systems, Public Sector Management (Funds Management), Materials Management, Inventory Management, Controlling, Real Estate, SuccessFactors (Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Central, Learning), Ariba Buying & Invoicing.As part of a team of Senior Analysts, Solution Developers and Project Managers, you act as an advisor to clients in understanding technology capabilities to meet business needs; support the design, development and implementation of solutions; configure tools and write solution specification and technical requirements; perform testing and document test results, and provide technical support and expertise. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Completion of 3 year university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field

Minimum of 3 years of related experience with specific experience in the relevant technical competency area including software/application development and integration KNOWLEDGE Knowledge of technical competency area and applicable software/related tools Understanding of and experience with Agile methodologies Experience utilizing DevOps methodologies and associated tools Experience building QA test strategies and using automated tools/techniques Understanding of business relationship management IT Service Management principles and standards IT security principles and standards General knowledge of City programs/services, operations and business processes Knowledge of applicable health and safety legislation, including the rights and duties of workers
