Who We Are

MVP Engineering builds SaaS tools for gas stations, convenience stores, and fleets:

·      Engauge – all-in-one cloud platform for POS, inventory, pricing, accounting, and analytics.

The Job – What You'll Actually Do Every Day

·      Make 20–40 cold calls to independent retailers, and fleet managers in Canada & US

·      Book and run 3–5 online demos per day showing Engauge and/or Fleet Nova

·      Follow up like crazy (email, call, LinkedIn) until they book, buy, or tell you to stop

·      Hit your numbers: calls, demos run, meetings booked, pipeline created

·      Log everything cleanly in our CRM (we'll train you)

·      Develop sales assets, including presentations and videos

·      Engage with our social media channels

·      You love cold calling and are damn good at it (thick skin required)

·      You speak clearly and confidently

·      You can learn our platforms fast and give a smooth, convincing demo in under 2 weeks

·      Competitive as hell—you track your numbers and hate missing quota

·      Reliable: you show up, hit your activity targets, and don't disappear

Nice-to-Haves (Not Required)

·      1–3 years cold calling or inside sales (SaaS, telematics, POS, retail tech = bonus)

·      Experience with Geotab, Bulloch, or any convenience-store/fleet software

·      Used Google Suite, Streak, Zoom, etc.
