Territory Manager – Continence Care (Eastern Ontario & Manitoba)

About the role

Our client is seeking a
Territory Manager
responsible for all sales in
Eastern Ontario and Manitoba
for the
Continence Care portfolio
. The successful candidate will work to achieve territory sales objectives, plan and implement Key Opinion Leader (KOL) events, and strengthen customer relationships to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Continence Care portfolio within the assigned region
  • Meet regularly in person with key contacts and clinicians at each account (minimum of 20 calls per week)
  • Introduce new concepts, protocols, products, and programs to clinicians and customers
  • Manage complex sales processes across institutional/rehab and retail organizations
  • Guide sales calls by following Hollister's consultative selling skills model, including defined pre-call plans and clear post-call outcomes
  • Analyze market data and develop strategic plans to grow sales within the territory
  • Coordinate selling and conversion efforts with Hollister counterparts in target accounts
  • Maintain call frequency to support account conversion and service needs
  • Establish differentiation between Hollister products and competitive alternatives to resist price pressure
  • Develop and present clinical and financial proposals to key decision-makers with support from the Management Team
  • Conduct in-service programs across multiple shifts to ensure product adoption and utilization
  • Maintain ethical and professional selling standards in line with Hollister's Immutable Principles and Cultural Beliefs
  • Maintain regular communication with the National Sales Manager through account plan reviews and territory updates
  • Develop strategic account plans to maximize opportunities and achieve business objectives
  • Participate in co-travel and coaching sessions with the National Sales Manager and other members of the Management Team
  • Ensure compliance with Salesforce regional standards for opportunity tracking and account management
  • Attend conventions, sales meetings, and training sessions as required

Essential Functions

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and exceptional customer service abilities
  • Ability to operate computers and standard office equipment
  • Willingness to travel up to

    of the time
  • Valid driver's license required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2–5 years of successful sales experience
    in the
    medical industry
  • Experience working for a
    manufacturer or distributor
  • High level of initiative, drive, and business acumen
  • Strong deductive reasoning and disciplined problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in a deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CRM systems
