Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, along with mechanical knowledge and experience in maintenance and repair. This role involves diagnosing issues, performing installations, and ensuring the efficient operation of HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioners, furnaces, and boilers.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment.
  • Troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems and provide effective solutions.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to understand system layouts.
  • Collaborate with other trades such as plumbing and electrical to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
  • Adhere to safety protocols while working on job sites.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work with various tools and equipment.
  • Familiarity with plumbing, welding, boiler systems, appliance repair, and construction practices is preferred.
  • Ability to read schematics and technical documents effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00-$42.00 per hour
