The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of spray foam equipment and rigs on residential and commercial projects. This role requires both hands-on installation skills and solid knowledge of rig maintenance and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain spray foam rigs, proportioners, and spray equipment
  • Perform daily pre-operation checks, calibration, and cleaning of spray foam systems
  • Apply spray polyurethane foam (SPF) according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards
  • Monitor substrate temperature, humidity, and foam quality throughout the job
  • Troubleshoot rig and equipment issues on site
  • Maintain accurate material usage logs and project reports
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including PPE compliance

Requirements

  • Certified Spray Foam Installer (CUFCA or equivalent certification required)
  • 3–5 years proven experience in spray foam application
  • In-depth knowledge of spray foam rig systems and basic mechanical maintenance
  • Strong understanding of chemical handling and temperature-pressure ratios
  • Valid D Class driver's licence with clean driving record
  • Ability to work extended hours and adapt to varying jobsite conditions
  • Commitment to quality workmanship and safety

Compensation & Benefits
