Remote, Canada Contractor Blueprint Full time $66,000 - $192,000 per year

We need 2 high performance appointment setters & closers to take inbound leads, followup with old leads, generate opportunities, and work with our founder to close high ticket deals for us.

We are a well known Canadian based digital agency and software within our niche and have high quality inbound leads coming in daily for you to prequalify and set up a zoom for our founder.

Selling is remote, work from home and we are flexible on when you work your 4 hours/day.

  • You will be provided with all the leads and have to do 0 mining.
  • We use a dialer that will be provided to you
  • 95% of the sales process is automated
  • You will either book 4 Discovery Calls, do 2 Zooms or make 100 lead calls per day.
  • Base pay is $1,000 per month base + uncapped commission
  • Average Approx. $4,500 - $15,000+ per month if you hit your targets
  • Bonus structure in place
  • Monthly Set Appt Target: 20 per week
  • Total Hours Per Day: 4 Hours
  • Total Hours Per Week: 20 Hours
  • 100% remote job.
  • Training Time: 7-14 days.

To Be Considered For Higher Commission Pay Efforts, You Must:

  • Complete our 15 day probation period (Paid Base Pay + Commission)
  • Successfully book 3 demos a day; for 15 days in a row
  • Help sustain consistent growth for our clients
  • Understand the basics of a sales conversation.
  • Understand how to close high ticket deals

Our desired appointment setter must:

  • Must speak fluent English
  • Must be located in either North America or Latin America, no overseas, due to time zones.
  • Flexible with time schedules since we have clients across all of North America
  • Be dependable and reliable.
  • Be hungry to grow as a business professional.
  • Be a team player and contribute in a collaborative way.
  • Have the ability to do high output.
  • Not be afraid to pick up the phone and call, not be shy or timid.
  • Learn quickly from our training.
  • Have a great attitude.
  • Have persistence and a never give up mentality.
