What you will do:

  • Prepare meals daily according to the meal plan and special diets as per care plans
  • Ensure food quality and presentation meet fine dining standards
  • Oversee daily cleaning duties, assist with training of new team members, and provide supervision to the kitchen team when the Sous Chef and Culinary Services Manager are absent
  • Other duties as required

What you bring:

  • 2 years of experience in a retirement, hotel, or restaurant setting
  • Valid Food Handling Certification
  • Experience in directing, training, or supervising employees
  • Computer proficiency
  • Experience working with mature adults in a hospitality setting
