We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team. If you have excellent customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you

Schedule

We are seeking someone who can work all four shifts listed below, or just Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Current Shifts Needed:

  • Monday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Other Potential Shifts Available:

7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM, 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Requirements

  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License (no N) – required to drive our airport shuttle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests, handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, and provide friendly, professional service.
  • Manage reservations, phone calls, and guest inquiries with accuracy and care.
  • Communicate hotel information including room types, rates, deposits, and policies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Drive the hotel shuttle to and from the Victoria International Airport and BC Ferries.
  • Address guest concerns quickly and effectively to ensure a positive stay.
  • Anticipate guest needs and go the extra mile to enhance their experience.

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient computer skills; Opera experience is an asset.
  • Comfortable handling cash and credit card transactions.
