Job description:

Who We Are

Founded in 2001, Everison International Group Inc. expanded its operations to North America in 2005, with our Toronto office serving as the central hub overseeing global operations. We purchase full containers of nonferrous material for export to our overseas processing facilities. Over the years, Everison International Group Inc. has grown from dealing mostly in scrap metal and steel pipes to dealing with many different types of commodities from all over the world.

At Everison, growth isn't just part of our history — it's our future. We are continuously expanding our portfolio and investing in talent to drive innovation and success. Along the way, our team members gain exposure to high-level industry circles and unique opportunities to build relationships with influential leaders, including some of the world's most successful entrepreneurs. Join us as we continue to scale new heights and shape the future of global trade.

• Build and maintain strong, service-oriented relationships with both new and existing suppliers to ensure long-term partnerships and reliable material sourcing.

• Demonstrate a self-motivated, "hunter" mindset to identify high-value supply opportunities, while handling rejection professionally and persistently through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups.

• Ensure timely delivery of goods to the company's processing yard by coordinating with suppliers and logistics teams, and resolve any delivery or shipping issues that arise.

• Responsible for account management with a strong focus on driving purchasing volume, improving profit margins, and ensuring all sourced materials consistently meet high-quality standards.

• Manage supplier claims and disputes, negotiating fair settlements while maintaining positive supplier relationships.

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company objectives.

• Manage Supplier relationships, ensuring quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with vendors to achieve favorable terms.

• Monitor supplier performance and address any issues related to quality, delivery, or service
