MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:

1.) 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager (building and managing schedules, building financial plans, forecasting)

2.) Strong business understanding of the treasury and capital markets

3.) Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (PowerPoint for slide decks, excel for financials)

SOFT SKILLS:

1.) Very strong executive communication skills (written and verbal)

2.) Conflict management

NICE-TO-HAVE

1.) Clarity, Jira, confluence tools are preferred

2.) PMP certification
