serving more than 10,000 patients. Each clinic is a potential teaching site with residents and medical students, supported by NPs, RNs, LPNs, MOAs, and admin on a modern EMR with AI-enabled workflows. Centralized billing, IT, analytics, HR, and recruitment reduce overhead, enable cross-coverage, and strengthen referral volume.

Our Lethbridge clinic:

  • Expanding footprint with added exam and procedure capacity
  • Staffed by team of MD's, NP's, LPN's, MOA's and receptionist

Taber clinic:

  • Located in Stirling, alongside the pharmacy

ROLE DESCRIPTION

Core responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive primary care across chronic, acute, preventive, and well visits in person, virtual, and via secure messaging with timely follow up.
  • Own a patient panel with continuity, accountability, and quality improvement; build or take over a panel; coordinate care between visits and with specialists.
  • Lead a team of NPs, RNs, LPNs, MOAs, and admin using huddles, protocols, EMR, and AI tools to deliver efficient, high-quality care.

Additional opportunities:

  • Special interest consults and office procedures (e.g., dermatology, women's health, MSK injections, POCUS if trained).
  • Procedural mentorship opportunities with numerous clinical procedures, including, but not limited to circumcision, vasectomy, lump and bump removal, surgical wart removal, IUD insertion, endometrial biopsy, opportunities to get involved in cosmetic practice with our sister company renew medical aesthetics and laser with medical and cosmetic Botox procedures, dermal, fillers, cosmetic, minor skin procedures.
  • Rural outreach or cross-site work. Hospital, urgent care, or ER shifts where privileges exist.
  • Clear progression to leadership or site lead. Ownership pathway with input on business, technology, and protocols.
  • Structured learning, and upskilling. Teaching residents and medical students.

Compensation and benefits

  • Blended Capitation Model (BCM) payments plus additional fee-for-service, with pre-tax earnings ranging from $400K - $800K depending on panel and scope.

Qualifications and requirements

  • MD (or DO) with CCFP completed or enrolled; or equivalent family medicine certification from Australia (FRACGP/FACRRM), United Kingdom (MRCGP), United States (ABFM), or Ireland (MICGP)
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta; CMPA coverage
