Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee complex projects across various domains, including IT, product development, and organizational initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies such as PMBOK, Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, and Kanban. This role requires managing cross-functional teams, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring project delivery aligns with organizational goals. The Project Manager will be instrumental in driving successful project execution through strategic planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure using appropriate project management methodologies.
  • Develop detailed project plans including scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Manage project scope changes through effective change management processes.
  • Oversee team management and supervise project teams to ensure tasks are completed on time and within scope.
  • Coordinate with vendors and external partners to facilitate seamless project delivery.
  • Utilize tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Trello, Workday, Basecamp, and Project Server for planning and tracking progress.
  • Conduct requirements gathering and requirements management to ensure deliverables meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Monitor project risks and implement mitigation plans proactively.
  • Communicate project status effectively to stakeholders through presentations and reports.
  • Ensure quality management standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate collaboration across departments using tools like Confluence and SharePoint for documentation and knowledge sharing.
  • Drive product management initiatives including product development and implementation strategies.
  • Manage budgets diligently while ensuring optimal resource utilization.

Experience

  • Proven experience in IT project management with a strong background in managing complex projects within an Agile (SAFe), Waterfall, or hybrid environment.
  • Demonstrated supervising experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.
  • Extensive vendor management experience including negotiation and contract oversight.
  • Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in SAS or similar data collection tools for informed decision-making.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as Workday or other enterprise platforms is preferred.
  • Experience implementing project management tools like Jira, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Trello, or similar software is essential.
  • Knowledge of risk management practices and quality assurance standards aligned with PMBOK guidelines.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership qualities combined with exceptional communication skills to motivate teams and engage stakeholders effectively. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $58,644.68-$131,686.14 per year
