We are looking for a passionate individual to join our team to help us widen our reach to fashion enthusiasts across North America. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Toronto, ON.

Role Description

We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Marketing Manager to lead Ahiri's brand growth across digital and in-store channels. The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, excels at campaign execution, and incorporates analytics-driven decision-making. Must be able to commute to 797 Queen St W 5 times a week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across paid, organic, influencer, and retail channels.
  • Manage monthly marketing calendars, product launch plans, and promotional campaigns (incl. Black Friday, Boxing Day, and seasonal drops).
  • Lead influencer marketing: outreach, negotiation, contracts, content approval, performance tracking
  • Oversee brand storytelling, ensuring consistency across website, email, social media, and retail experiences
  • Analyze performance data (Meta Ads, Google Analytics, email metrics) and create actionable insights to optimize conversions and CAC
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling brand assets
  • Work closely with the retail store team to drive foot traffic and increase in-store conversions
  • Manage budgets, track spend, and ensure high ROI for marketing efforts.
  • Report weekly and monthly on KPIs, growth strategies, and campaign performance

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–4+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or growth roles (preferably in fashion, retail, or consumer products).
  • Strong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Experience managing influencer campaigns, including outreach, contracting, and performance analysis.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp) and segmentation best practices.
  • Ability to interpret analytics dashboards, pull data-driven insights, and optimize campaigns to improve ROAS and CAC.
  • Strong understanding of brand aesthetics, creative direction, and customer psychology.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with a knack for clear, high-impact brand storytelling.
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams (videographers, designers, stylists) to produce cohesive campaigns.
  • Proficiency with basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is an asset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
