- You have at least 5 years of managerial experience in Interior Design or visual merchandising in a retail environment preferably home furnishing sector.
You have a broad knowledge of trends that influence home furnishing, retail design and communication to gain insight to a more appealing products'
presentation for customers as well as of how to steer the customers to the right product or service for their needs.- You are capable to lead while communicating in an inspirational way with IKEA tone of voice combined with a strong aptitude to share creative ideas, concepts
and solutions.

What you'll be doing day to day
- Be responsible for translating customers' insights into relevant, functional, aesthetic and commercial home furnishing solutions that exceed all customers'
expectations and reflect home furnishing the IKEA way.

The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 58,960 CAD to 73,700 CAD and will be based on relevant work experience.
