CRI Entry Level Positions

Redpath Canada Limited is currently accepting applications for entry-level, full-time, permanent positions at the Canadian Royalties Inc's mine in Northern Québec.

Project: Canadian Royalties
Location: Northern Quebec (100km south of Deception Bay, 1800km north of Montreal Canada)
Rotation: 14 days on, 14 days off
Shifts: 12 hours
Travel: Flights to and from Val d'Or, Montreal, Quebec City, Nunavik and La Grande Rivière.
Accommodation: Remote site - camp

Truck Driver

Under the supervision of the Shift Supervisor, the primary role of the Truck Driver is to haul and dump broken ore and waste from development or production underground headings.

Underground Labourer

Under the Supervision of the Site Superintendent and Shift Boss, the Underground Labourer will handle the supply of material on surface and to various underground locations using a rubber tired diesel boom truck or other approved types of equipment.  When required he/she will also assist the mining crews with various underground tasks such as scaling, loading faces, the installation of services and related construction tasks, which will provide additional on-the-job training and career advancement opportunities.

Administrative Assistant

The Project Administrator supports the on-site Project team acting as a liaison between the project and the various administrative departments at Head Office.

Logistics Coordinator

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and expediting shipments to and from project sites. This position is also responsible for shipping – both domestic and international – and all related tasks

Chaffeur de camion

Sous la supervision du chef d'équipe, le rôle principal de chaffeurateur de camion est de transporter et de déverser le minerai et stérile de développement ou de production.

Ouvrier souterrain

Sous la supervision du chef de chantier et du chef d'équipe, l'ouvrier souterrain s'occupera de l'approvisionnement en matériaux à la surface et dans divers endroits souterrains à l'aide d'un camion à flèche diesel à pneus ou d'autres types d'équipement approuvés. Si nécessaire, il/elle assistera également les équipes d'exploitation minière dans diverses tâches souterraines telles que l'écaillage, le chargement des fronts de taille, l'installation de services et d'autres tâches de construction connexes, ce qui offrira des possibilités supplémentaires de formation sur le tas et d'évolution de carrière.

Assistant(e) administratif(ve)

L'administrateur de projet soutient l'équipe de projet sur place en assurant la liaison entre le projet et les différents départements administratifs du siège.

Coordinateur de la logistique

Le coordinateur logistique est chargé de coordonner et d'accélérer les expéditions à destination et en provenance des sites de projets. Il est également responsable des expéditions - tant nationales qu'internationales - et de toutes les tâches connexes.
