Location : Work From Home - Canada
Here's what we do and why we do it:
Simply put, we will work together to simplify businesses' IT with cloud technology so they can focus on what really matters, making people's lives better. Discover how we do that here:
Here's how you will contribute to the company's success:
Your goal is to enable the marketing team to operate independently and efficiently while driving operational excellence. In addition to providing training, resources, and support for marketing tools and processes, you will take a hands-on role in configuring and executing campaigns within Dynamics 365 Marketing. This includes setting up customer journeys, automation flows, and audience segmentation to ensure campaigns run smoothly and effectively. Your work will accelerate campaign deployment, improve data quality, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. You'll collaborate with Marketing, Revenue Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure best practices are documented, shared, and adopted, while also maintaining governance and compliance standards.
Here's what your day-to-day will look like in this role:
- Configure, build, and launch marketing campaigns, customer journeys, and automation flows in Dynamics 365 Marketing.
- Manage and evolve reusable campaign assets to ensure they remain aligned with brand, compliance, and business requirements.
- Enable Marketing teams to confidently self-select audiences by providing standardized reusable segments, documentation, and guidance for proper usage.
- Develop and maintain QA and governance guidelines for campaign readiness to enable a self-serve model.
- Provide training, guidance, and platform enablement to Marketing users to increase campaign self-sufficiency.
- Continuously improve processes, playbooks, and reusable assets based on feedback, adoption trends, and platform enhancements.
- Define and track adoption metrics for enablement assets (usage rate, speed to launch, reduction in back-and-forth) and use insights to improve the asset library and governance processes.
Here's what you need to master and know to get the job:
- You have a university degree in marketing, business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of experience working with marketing systems or marketing automation platforms (ideally Dynamics 365 Marketing / Customer Insights – Journeys, but experience with HubSpot or Marketo is an asset)
- Ability to build clear documentation, playbooks, and training materials that enable teams to adopt tools, processes, and best practices
- Good understanding of campaign operations including journeys, forms, audience segmentation, consent management, and data accuracy
- Ability to translate marketing needs into scalable, reusable assets and frameworks rather than one-off executions
- Comfort working with data and platform usage insights to improve processes, governance, and asset adoption
- Comfortable collaborating with multiple marketing stakeholders and aligning them to shared processes and standards
Bilingual (English/French) is an asset due to our partner and customer market
