Nova Developments has been building across Canada, especially the north, for over 50 years.

We are currently building 2 apartment building and government office building in Iqaluit NU. We have 3 active projects, at various stages of development. Finishing work, rough in work, servicing work. We are looking at adding 3 apprentices (3yr +).

Nova Developments work 60+ hrs a week, so there is plenty of overtime. 10hr days, 6 days a week, Sunday is optional. We cover flights, accommodation, and meals. Turnaround schedule runs at 6-8 weeks on site, 10-14 days home. Dependent on the work, and at what stage we are at. Nova will fly your tools to Iqaluit with cargo.

The work is all multi family development, and is great work experience for anyone.

Must have experience with rough in, radiant heat, and multi family construction.

NEEDED - Work cloths, tools, general understanding of work site safety. Starting work immediately.

Pay: $22.00-$38.00 per hour
