Responsibilities

  • Perform daily receiving and related data entry.
  • Pull daily project and flow-through orders for shipping as required.
  • Pick website orders received by email and prepare for packing/shipping.
  • Communicate with project managers and couriers for pickups.
  • Allocate parts to appropriate project shelving and enter locations in Nucleus.
  • Operate forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Complete miscellaneous daily duties as assigned by your manager.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sweeping bays.
  • Coordinate removal of garbage and recycling.
  • Verify incorrect orders and follow up with vendors.

Required

  • Previous shipping and receiving experience (preferred).
  • Forklift truck and/or pallet stacker experience.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Physically capable completing job duties, including lifting up to 50lbs.
  • Ability to follow company health and safety processes and procedures.
