Responsibilities: ***NEW LOCATION ALERT ***

  • Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems
  • Prepare and serve fresh pasta dishes according to restaurant standards and recipes
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with a positive attitude
  • Promote upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer experience
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on menu changes and promotions

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the food service industry, preferably in a quick serve or fast-casual restaurant
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using POS systems and handling cash transactions
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
