Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Vancouver, BC for a Jr. IT Administrator. The Jr. IT Administrator will be responsible for providing technical support, managing network and system administration tasks, and troubleshooting IT-related issues. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring the network, maintaining hardware and software, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems to support the business.
Qualifications
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Network Administration skills
- System Administration skills
- Information Technology knowledge
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus
- Experience in retail industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
