Position Overview

We're looking for a warm, organized, and fashion-minded Bridal Service & Consultation Specialist to join our growing team.

This role blends customer service, styling, and studio support — ideal for someone who loves weddings, design, and working one-on-one with brides.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist brides during their consultation and fitting appointments
  • Prepare gowns for fittings and assist with pinning, dressing, and steaming
  • Take detailed notes and communicate alteration details to seamstresses
  • Manage appointment schedules and maintain a tidy, elegant workspace
  • Ensure every bride enjoys a seamless and professional experience
  • Assist with gown pickups, client communication, and general studio tasks

Qualifications

  • Experience in bridal, fashion retail, alterations, or customer service preferred
  • Strong eye for detail, style, and fabric
  • Professional, friendly, and confident communicator
  • Ability to stay calm and organized during busy bridal seasons
  • Sewing knowledge or a design background is an asset but not required

Schedule

  • Flexible hours (10am–6pm typical)
  • Some evenings and weekends required during bridal season
