Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Physiotherapist to join our multi-disciplinary clinic in Port Hope. The ideal candidate is committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based care and enjoys working in a collaborative team environment. This position offers flexible hours, administrative support, and a competitive commission split.
Key Responsibilities / Duties:
- Perform thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement physiotherapy interventions such as manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation of patient progress using EMR systems, adhering to medical terminology and standards.
- Collaborate with other health professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Support patients in achieving their rehabilitation and wellness goals
- Monitor patient outcomes and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize recovery
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with advancements in physiotherapy practices
Qualifications & Experience:
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Valid professional liability insurance
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- New graduates are welcome to apply — mentorship and support are available
