Part-Time Dining Room Attendant

We are seeking an experienced Dining Room Attendant in an established restaurant located in Mississauga for lunch hours. You will be responsible for greeting/ seating guests and responding to their needs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create a memorable and pleasant dining experience for guests
  • Greet customers upon arrival and seat them accordingly
  • Provide menus and respond to questions about food and beverage
  • Anticipate guest needs and assist with food and beverage service
  • Sanitize and set tables throughout the work shift
  • Work safely; monitor the cleanliness of your section and ensure all areas are clean, safe and free from clutter

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-2 years minimum experience as a restaurant attendant
  • A positive, energetic outlook and a passion for customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand and be active for the duration of work shift
